Brythaven was founded by Brittany Williams, who began her career as a certified nursing assistant caring directly for older adults and their families.
Meet Brittany Williams, Founder and CEO.
Brittany started as a certified nursing assistant and went on to work in skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care. That time at the bedside, with residents and the families who visit them, is the starting point for how Brythaven is run.
In practice, that means a few everyday priorities: knowing each resident's routines and preferences, keeping communities small enough for people to be noticed, and making room for families to ask questions and be part of the conversation.
Our commitment to service is shaped by our faith. We welcome residents and families of all beliefs.
The people providing care.
Each community has its own team. Caregivers are awake and available around the clock, with registered nurse oversight. When you visit, you'll meet the people who would be part of your family member's day.
Meet Maru, Community Care Coordinator
Maru marked three years with Brythaven in October 2026. She is known for her cooking, careful organization, and attention to the routines and preferences of the people she cares for.
